Install the diffuser inline with the canister filter's outlet hose, ensuring that water flows through the diffuser in the indicated direction.

Connect the CO₂ supply using pressure-rated CO₂ tubing and check all connections for leaks before operation. For best results, soak the ceramic membrane in water for at least 24 hours before use.

The diffuser requires a working pressure of approximately 2 bar (30 psi) or higher. Use only suitable high-pressure CO₂ tubing; ordinary silicone airline tubing is not designed for this application.
